Coverage of Scholarships

 

The following advantages will be granted to each chosen candidate:

• exemption from paying academic, tuition, and enrollment costs.
• a monthly stipend to cover living costs for the duration of the training.
• Scholarship applications are available at no cost.

For OSC Member States: 400 Scholarships are reserved (See OSC Members)

Students from OSC member states who will be awarded GCUB scholarships. For flights, overseas medical insurance, visa processing fees, and other personal expenditures not reimbursed by GCUB’s affiliated colleges, the OSC will pay up to USD 1,500 per student.

 

GCUB Scholarship Qualifications

 

• Fill out the application completely and send it in Spanish, French, Portuguese, or English.
• The award is available to nationals of any nation that has diplomatic ties with Brazil.
• Citizens of Brazil are not eligible.
• The scholarship does not cover health insurance, airfare, or visa processing.
• Submit the educational documents.
• A applicant may submit applications to five different universities for master’s or doctoral degrees.

Documents You Must Upload

 

The following files need to be uploaded by the candidates in the online application:

• A copy of your passport or any other identifying document; a copy of your resume; a copy of all of
• your prior transcripts, degrees, and certificates of education.
• Send in an essay using the format provided:
• Font: New Roman Times
• Size 12; 1.5 cm line spacing; 2.5 cm top, bottom, right, and left borders

Declaration of Results

The successful participants’ list will be made public later this year, on September 25, 2024. In 2025, the scholarship will start.
