Erasmus Mundus MAPP Scholarship (Complete Funding) 2025–2027: A two-year master’s program in public policy jointly offered by the top four universities in Europe is called Erasmus Mundus MAPP. International and European students are welcome to apply for the Erasmus Mundus MAPP Scholarship 2025.
The Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree (EMJM) includes MAPP as one of its popular master’s programs. The scholarship has a two-year duration. Your four semesters will be completed at four distinct EU universities.
These universities can be found in Austria, Spain, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. The European Union is providing full funding for the scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria
- The Scholarship is open to all the Nationals.
- Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English is required. But there are exemptions.
- A strong academic record
- Applicants with a degree in any of the social sciences or equivalent are given preference.
- Provide a Strong statement of purpose.
- Work Experience is not required.
English Language Proficiency Exemption
If you have received a Bachelors Degree in English from Australia, Botswana, Canada, Gambia, Ghana, Ireland, Jamaica, Kenya, Liberia, Malawi, Namibia, New Zealand, Nigeria, Philippines, Rwanda (English-speaking region), South Africa, Tanzania, Trinidad and Tobago, Uganda, UK, USA and Zambia.
Erasmus Mundus MAPP Scholarship (Complete Funding) 2025–2027
Citizens of Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the USA, the European Union, the UK, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway or Switzerland do not require Proof of English.
All other applicants are required to submit any ONE of the following:
